主要用于陶瓷砖坯抛光前的刮平定厚。本公司采用最新配方和先进的生产工艺，所生产的金刚石滚刀具有锋利度好、寿命长，使用能耗低、工作噪音小、质量稳定、等特点。金刚石异形滚刀主要特点采用最新技术为基础，通过渐开错齿式的刀头焊接方式排列，具有锋利度好，使用寿命长(是普通型滚刀2-3倍)，达到解决瓷砖变形大、快速抛光线砖坯的刮平目的，有效降低生产成本。

The company adopts the latest prescriptions and advanced manufacturing processes, and the finished diamond hob features outstanding sharpness, long service life,low energy consumption, low operating noise and steady quality, etc. The special diamond hob employs the latest technologies, and is arranged by cutter head welding in an involute staggered-teeth way,which features excellent sharpness and long service life (2-3 times of common-type hobs), realizing the purposes of solving deformation problem of ceramic tiles, accelerating the leveling of tiles on polishing lines and therefore lowering the manufacturing costs.
